The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is accepting applications for 2020 Environmental Education Grants. Both formal and nonformal education projects are eligible to apply. Applications are due December 31st.

The Environmental Education Grants Program provides funding for education projects that foster an understanding of natural world functions and cultivate critical thinking and actions that promote environmental protection and sustainable resource management. While all topics are considered, water quality, climate change, and environmental justice are priorities.

A free Application Guidelines Webinar is being hosted November 18th. Registration is required. This webinar is ideal for both first-time applicants and for returning applicants looking for additional guidance.

Guidelines and instructions are available at DEP Environmental Education Grants.
