Overall Site Management
The site coordinated by Michael Land, the Web Administrator for the National Park Service at the Chesapeake Bay Office, and Guy Stephens, Lead Application Developer with University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science. Sarah Brzezinski of the Chesapeake Research Consortium served as content lead for the site.

Design and Development
All design and development was done in-house at the Chesapeake Bay Program office. Michael Land was responsible for the design and HTML / CSS development of the site. Guy Stephens was responsible for database design, application development and integrations (API / framework).
